If you are currently a KUB customer, you will need the following information to register:

• Account Number (Your 10-digit account number is located on the bottom portion of your bill.)
• Billing ZIP code (Your billing ZIP code is located on the bottom portion of your bill.)
• ID Number (Last 4 digits of the Account Holder's Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number)

After completing registration, you may access "Start/Stop Services" from the left navigation menu to continue your request.
